Seton Falls Park Recommendations Session

This webinar is part of a series of in-person workshops and virtual presentations about forest ecology in your neighborhood’s favorite park–Seton Falls Park!

Attendees will learn about the current ecological conditions of Seton Falls Park from the Natural Areas Conservancy. NAC will describe what we found from our 2013 study and introduce preliminary management recommendations for Seton Falls Park.

Participants will be invited to share feedback on the forest management proposal through Q&A. Together we will work together to prioritize forest management recommendations that address the needs of community members and improve the health of natural areas in Seton Falls Park.

Everyone is invited to get involved and work together with NAC, NYC Parks and other neighborhood community organizations to plant and manage forests in Seton Falls Park. Participants of this program will gain essential knowledge to help keep their parks healthy and combat climate change locally.
