An important election is expected to occur this coming February to replace outgoing NYC Public Advocate Letitia James, who will become NY Attorney General in the new year. Do you know the candidates’ positions on environmental issues?

Join the New York League of Conservation Voters for their environmental forum with Public Advocate candidates moderated by Politico New York’s Gloria Pazmino on January 15th!

Doors open at 5:30. Program starts at 6:00.

RSVP here to reserve your spot: https://www3.thedatabank.com/dpg/255/mtglistproc.asp?formid=nylcvefmeet&caleventid=28443

NYLCV intends to ask the candidates where they stand on a wide range of environmental and sustainability issues including climate change, lead poisoning prevention, reducing waste, building emissions, and how the City can meet its 80 by 50 climate goals.
