NAC Donor Circle Event: Meet Our 2022 Summer CUNY interns!

Since 2016, the Natural Areas Conservancy has provided 137 paid internships to over 90 students from the City University of New York (CUNY). This year-round internship program is a unique opportunity for local students to learn how to conduct conservation research, monitoring, and management in New York City’s natural areas. The NAC is committed to training New York City’s next generation of conservation leaders, and we are proud to partner with CUNY, one of the nation’s largest and most diverse public universities.

Join us on Tuesday, July 26 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. to meet our current interns and program staff, and hear about our vision to grow this important program.

This event will be rain or shine and will take place on the roof of the historic Arsenal in Central Park (830 Fifth Avenue at East 65th Street) with commanding views of the park and Manhattan skyline. Sandwiches, snacks, and drinks will be served. Register to attend, below.
